[ Calmly providing a minor correction, not in any way offended. She just prefers to be called by the name her "sister" gave her. Being related to the Queen, perhaps she would be of noble birth in a way. ]

[ "Milday Orchid" is close enough, so no complaints from her there. She presses her fingers lightly around the fabric. Soft and cozy around her neck, she has to admit. Not a bad purchase. ]

Bright colors and patterns are nice too, I think. But dark colors... they remind me of a friend.

[ Time has stopped in their worlds, yet she still wonders how Apollo's been doing after taking off. ]

A matching scarf sounds like a wonderful idea.

[ Especially since there's nothing easier to match to than a black scarf. Black on black on black....not a theme he's particularly into himself, but then again he doesn't know who he's buying it for.

Maybe he'll get to meet this mysterious her though. ]

No... it's been... several months since I last saw her back home. There was something she had to do.

[ It doesn't help having that Orchid also made it her purpose to travel alone, to keep the Queen's kingdom safe. Even after all is said and done in Fellden, who knows when she can returns. ]

But I... promised her I would think of something to give her when she comes back. Something for her to look forward to.

[ That's a little more words shared than what she usually says. It's evident how much this friend means to her. ]

[ Orchid might not say a lot but her simple words spark a brief flare of fondness within Frederick's heart. How much she cherishes her friend is clear, and he vows silently to watch over this girl until she can be reunited with her dear friend, whether it be here in Fellden or back in her home world.

His own tone softens as he looks down at her. ]

I'm certain she'll be more than happy to receive this gift from you.

[ He would be, if he were in this person's shoes. ]

I'm also certain she'll want to make sure you take care of yourself.

[ A pause. Moon Temple is supposed to be the opposing side, but she hasn't had any prior qualms conversing with others of that faction. Black Knight would've probably been part of Moon too... ]

[ It slips out before he can stop himself, a single syllable of disappointment. Not that he holds too much stock in the idea of enemies based purely on faction, but the war has been going on for far longer than he's been here, and he knows so little of the situation at hand. ]

I suppose it might be difficult for me to run into the court of the Stars, but we can always meet up here if needed.
